The Barn: Two Day Package

Our 2-day package allows plenty of time to decorate, prepare & rehearse for your event. Your caterer will have access to the kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator & a large freezer, double sink, stove with oven, warming oven, microwave & plenty of counter space.  

Plus, the couple will have full use of The Hen House (our one-bedroom farm cottage) that can be used by the bride & bridesmaids the day of the event & for that first night of the honeymoon for the happy couple. 

    • Price $3,600, including all applicable taxes.

    • Down Payment of $800 due upon contract signing (refundable up to 8 months prior to event)

    • Refundable Damage/Clean-up Deposit $500, refunded within a week after the event

    • Accommodates up to 120 people

    • Available noon to noon for a 48 hr period

    • Exclusive use of the property

    • The Barn (main floor, hay loft, two restrooms, surrounding grounds & parking lot)

    • Decorative lights strung throughout The Barn

    • The Hen House (two overnight stays, max 2 people)

    • The Bullpen

    • The Catering Kitchen

    • On-site Venue Host 

    • Parking attendant & golf cart chauffeur service during arrival (1 hr)

    • 15 round tables (60”, accommodate up to 8 people each) 

    • 2 rectangular tables (72” x 36”, accommodate up to 8 people each)

    • 120 gunmetal dining chairs

    • 2 gunmetal cake tables

    • Set-up tables & chairs

    • Wedding Arch (if available)

    • Use of grounds for engagement photos (2 hr session)

    • Alcohol service must end 1 hour before event ends. Event must end by 11pm. Cleanup must end by midnight.

    • Event Insurance Required

  • These require an additional fee:

    • 150 folding chairs

    • 5 round tables

    • Golf cart chauffeur service after the first hour

    • After-event clean-up

The Barn: One Day Package

Your caterer will have access to the kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator & a large freezer, double sink, stove, warming oven, microwave & plenty of counter space.  Plus, the couple will have full use of The Hen House (our one-bedroom farm cottage) that can be used by the bride & bridesmaids the day of the event & for that first magical night of the honeymoon for the happy couple. Our One Day package is not available the weekends of May, June, August, September & October.

    • Price $2,500, including all applicable taxes

    • Down Payment of $800 due upon contract signing (refundable up to 8 months prior to event)

    • Refundable Damage/Clean-up Deposit $500

    • Accommodates up to 120 people

    • Available noon until noon the following day for 24 hr period

    • Exclusive use of the property

Furniture and Accessories

In addition to the many wonderful items provided at The Barn, we are also have furniture and accessories you can rent on site. Browse our wide variety of signage, lanterns, and more to bring your vision to life.


The Pavilion

Built from recycled barn wood by owner John Allen, the 800 sq ft open-air pavilion sits in a grassy field behind our cabins. It easily accommodates 100 people inside & there is plenty of room around the building for additional seating. Great for picnics, weddings, rehearsal dinners, reunions & birthday parties.  

    • Price $300 for 4 hrs  (includes your set up & clean up time).  $50/hr for each additional hour

    • Down Payment of 50%  due upon contract signing (refundable up to 2 weeks prior to event)

    • Refundable Damage/Clean-up Deposit $100

    • Tables, chairs & picnic tables are included. 

    • The Pavilion DOES NOT have a restroom. You can choose to rent a port-a-john or you can rent one of our nearby cabins as a restroom facility, if available.
